I got an email saying I received a new message in my ROS inbox. I can't find a link to the inbox anywhere though on the site or when I log into PAYE?

    I log into ROS at

    https://www.ros.ie/login.jsp

I choose the certificate and enter my password.

That goes into my ROS home page.

There are 6 headings under the ROS logo the third of which is the inbox.

Don't forget ROS is the self employed one and PAYE On-Line is the PAYE one.

    Not self employed though... Confusion!

I claimed back flat rate expenses over the weekend from my PAYE section and I got an email notification this morning saying I had a message in my ROS inbox.

That is confusing....I also note that there is neither a help tab or a phone number for queries.

I found http://www.ros.ie/PublisherServlet/info/help and sent them an email. Will report back :)

You have a mail box when you log into PAYE - just click on "Your Requests History". The message is there and it's merely a reminder of the claim you've made.
