Tempers, most of us have them.. i have too.. its pretty much like the tazmanian devil.. rarely seen, ,but a real nasty little bastard when it comes out.

Mostly tempers of mine involve me kicking or punching something inanimate, like a table, wall or a protestant

Anyhow, last time i lost my temper.. 2 years ago.. my boss at work was talking to much so i punched the wall, the counter and the door on the way out broke my hand nicely, was in a cast for months.. time before that, a girlfriend of mine at that time rang me to tell me some junkie broke in and was in her house.. downstairs with a wrecking bar.. she was in Galway.. i was in athlone.. i told her to be calm.. then i punched the wall..

Ive since learned to walk away from things that annoy me, and learn to not lose my temper.. I think to lose your temper is a poor showing of self control..

..so.. have you lot any confessions of stupidity when you lose your temper?

    ..oh yea..angry temper sex awesome.

Ah it's good to lose the plot every now and then...sure it's a sign you're still alive.
    Haven't broken anything yet.
    +1 on temper sex

Ive got a pretty bad temper and have done some pretty stupid **** because of it. Ive broken a lot of stuff, roared at people in an extremely rage filled manner and even threatened to kill people once or twice although it was all in a heat of the moment thing.

Im a rageaholic and find it hard to completely ditch the rageahol.

Fella told me he had seen my gf at the time in a pub with another bloke the night before.

I was already half cut, so steamed out of the pub I was in, and went back to my house.

I collected up all the presents she had ever given me into a bag, and got a taxi out to her place and proceded to fling everything into the garden/at the window and called her a tart etc. The crowning glory was me smashing a photo frame containing a picture of us and ripping up the picture into little parts and spreading it all over the grass. Oh, and emptying a family sized box of durex all over the garden too.

Needless to say we never saw each other again.

I used to have a fierce temper, usually throwing stuff, smashing plates on floors/walls.

The release when something breaks...but then the horribleness of cleaning it up/buying a new phone or whatever takes away from the whole thing...Ive learnt to control the anger.

Broke a solid wooden door with a punch before(one of the real old thick ones) got in some ****e for that.. Broke a knuckle too.

Eh..burst god knows how many punch bags(best thing i ever bought though!)

I've roared at people so loud I get migraine. I've a shocking temper.

A local wanker was annoying me one night in a bar.. saying **** about my family etc.

after ignoring it for a while, he said something about my granny who had just died a week before

he was obviously pissed, I was myself.. and I knew going for him wouldn't do much good so in a fit of rage I grabbed my pint glass and smashed it down on a table beside us

I needed 12 stitches on in hand after it but he got the message, hasn't bothered me since

Its also one of the dumbest things I've ever did though, admittedly =p

I felt like a right tit after doing it

I've punched holes in several doors and walls, ripped a door off it's hinges, punched people and smashed some cups and the likes.

Been feeling a lot like that lately again thanks to an ex so I'm gonna go to the gym a whole lot in the coming weeks and hopefully injure myself horribly

    i headbutted a wall.

Reversed into a wall in temper, not just a tip, but a full on reverse that did a good bit of damage to the car.
I can still remember the deep sense of calm I felt after doing it.

Yes my temper rears it's ugly head every few years & it's usually something ridiculously small that sets it off.

Thankfully it has never happened when I'm entertaining the painters, otherwise I'd probably be locked up for murder :D

I'm a 'thrower'. So anything within hands reach gets ****ed through the place. Its all about the breaking, and then the 'i've embarrassed myself' cleaning process after i calm down. Haven't lost it in awhile. Because i'm single!

I used to have a very bad habit of punching anything solid. Used to tear up the skin on my knuckles. Broke a metacarpal punching a reinforced concrete pillar, hit it with both hands. Luckly only damaged one hand. Bruised up the knuckles on both hands.

Hit a solid timber gate and broke my little finger at the knuckle, really made sh*t of it. Never got it looked at but thats my fault.

Signs, walls, doors, anything solid. I think it was either me or some one else. On a few occasion's did hit a person and caused alot of damage to them. Thats how I reckoned it was easier to hurt myself than others.
People did realise not to get me angry as it wasn't a good idea.

Have matured and learnt to control my aggression, but every now and again let loose and it's not pretty.
Temper's need to be controlled and one needs an outlet to release the build up. Running was my outlet, calmed me down to no end. But now and again it's nice to break something, great feeling.

    Just my input.

Beat the living crap out of my brother with a hairbrush. I was brushing my hair and I forget what it was that he said to set me off (but it was the wrong bloody thing). I felt so bad afterwards, I never hit my siblings again after that. Poor kid was covered in bruises and fair play to him he told our mother that he fell down the stairs.

I had a scarily bad temper in my early to mid teens, I'd just go for people and scream terrible things at them, completely flip like. I haven't lost it properly in a few years, but I'm still a scary bitch when I'm angry

    The walls dont annoy me.

    People do.

.. mind you, i can often annoy myself... when im working and something isnt going my way..

i just find hiting people is anti social.

i rarely lose my temper but remember working with a guy in the leisureplex who was told he had to stay an hour late to help clean up walked down to the storage room and on the way kicked out at the dinosaur painting on the wall. The wall was very very cheap chalkboard or what ever you call it and a 3ft hole was left in the dinosaurs crotch
