Boiled 7 Up

Is it just me or did anyone elses parents give them boiled 7 up when they were not well? Seems to work when the oul' stomach is giving trouble or after you puke

Maybe it was a 24 hour bug.

I always thought any fluids would do the job but 7up was often suggested as kids will drink more of it then they would water.

I used to love this when I was sick. My Nanny (and by Nanny I mean grandmother!) used to be great for the old hot 7Up. A Nanny dinner and cup of hot 7up used to cure everything!!
