How do i use my own ringtones on 3gs???

Got the 3gs , Jailbroken and unlocked! :P Now this is my first iphone so could someone please tell me how to apply my own ringtone. Also if there are any good free apps , lemme know :) Cheers guys:D

I couldn't get this working at all, after following the steps on that link to a tee! Eventually I worked out that I needed to change the "Import Settings" in my iTunes.

In iTunes menu:
Edit -> Preferences - > General -> Import Settings

Ensure this is set to "AAC Encoder - High Quality (128kbps)"
