NTL Box needs updating!

hey i have had digital for a year and after 6 mths the upc box failed and the engineer came and swapped the box for the old ntl digital box and now im hearing the upc boxes are finally getting the interactive services. If i was to contact upc will they change the box to a upc box and would be a cost?

I would actualy have to agree on this one.

Huge improvements over the last few months with the UPC DVR box which I didn't quite expect Got the box back in April and was not happy at all. Very slow, not even half of the advertised functions worked and brutal remote control.

Now three months later all these "problems" seem to have been sorted. Thumbs up :-)
