    Go to this site here........

Im not looking for a Job here but just want to post my suggestion of how to post info for links so as not to upset the apple cart for us all..........

    Two handy sites to use.........

    http://search.jrfreelancer.com/

Read previous post on how to use this  tool here.......

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=60813214&postcount=6695

    Second site is this.........

    http://www.filestube.com/

For Rapidshare links all you need to do is paste the code off the link into the search engine tool bar & it will bring you to that link...........

    175975496

 this is the code from DJAL's link & will bring you to Cosmic Baby when copied into http://www.filestube.com/

Sorry for the confusion Mick.....the place called 'Shrine' my mate used to go to was around 1991 & over in Phibsboro (or maybe glasnevin) not to sure now think it was phibsboro .......i mentioned it on here before but no one seems to have heard of it........ my mate said it used to have all camouflage netting all over the gaff like the ASYLUM did early on......anyone know of this place????? would have been one of the first Raves in the country to open.

I remember when after leaving the Olympic on the way to The Asylum at the end of Westmorland Street and the corner of O'Connell St bridge there would be people handing out flyers for the Asylum and G1 which was above an ice skating rink in Phibsboro. I never went as The Asylum was just couple of minutes walk accross the road, although I should have cause I heard it was brilliant.

On another note you reminded me of there.....i remember walking down from the OLYMPIC on our way into the ASYLUM & people handing out flyers/consessions for this & that then passing by York street flats & an aul fella standing on the other side of the railings of the flats as casual as anything asking everyone that passed if anyone wanted any gear as if he was asking if you wanted apples or oranges:eek:
Just reminded me of it when you mentioned people handing out flyers:D

    .;)

No live mixes from there but the closest i can offer you is a tape recorded from the radio when i was caught in the headlights of the OLYMPIC.....all tracks that are on this would have been played in the OLYMPIC....

    OLYMPIC TAPE 1993 SIDE A.MP3
    OLYMPIC TAPE 1993 SIDE B.MP3

Posted this ages back & was the first tape i got from a mate called Daisy that used to go to the OLYMPIC when it was just getting going you might get a buzz out of it as it has some really old underground tracks......

    first ever olympic tape 1991.mp3

Posted this a good while back to.....audio from Mr. Springs back to 1993 video........

any1 have any mixes from the olympic, were there even any live recordings around at the time?
it seems a bit strange that theres so much live stuff from asylum/sides etc and no olympic stuff floating about.
does any1 have any info on this? surely there has to be some recordings about other than the gerry carey 1, doesn't there.

Was Talking to tim(springer) yesterday evening and there are no mixes from the olympic, maybe just 1 that on his site.as i said befor there where was no way of recording the mix.
he said that mark done a few mixes for people from his home with all the olympic classics on them so maybe thats the only way we will ever get to hearing an olympic mix?
