I have just started growing some herbs, but now they have got too big and I need to transplant.

I just cannot find any place in the city that sells soil and peat, any ideas?

The only place in city centre I know is:

    Mr. Middleton's
    Mary Street

What about compost? You can buy that now in bags from 40litres up to about 150litres in Tesco, Aldi, Woodies etc

Look up Martin Stacey Stone Products in Wicklow. They supply all of this stuff and deliver in 1 ton bags all over the city. Much cheaper than buying in shops.

Mackey's on Capel Street (just before Capel St. bridge) sell compost etc.
