How do I get a Learner Permit?

Hey guys, First time poster, long time listener. I live in Fingal, and I've been trying to figure out how I can get a learner permit, for a 'B' class vehicle (ie. a normal car). I have all of the necessary documents, Theory Test, Eyesight report, Photos of myself, and the form filled out. Im confused however, who i send…

Hey guys, First time poster, long time listener.

I live in Fingal, and I've been trying to figure out how I can get a learner permit, for a 'B' class vehicle (ie. a normal car).

I have all of the necessary documents, Theory Test, Eyesight report, Photos of myself, and the form filled out. Im confused however, who i send this to.

If its the local motor tax office, as i believe it is, then theres no mention of this office on the Fingal Website.
