Mobile Prefixes/Number Formatting in Northern Ireland

Hey all, I'm looking for information on the mobile numbering system in operation in Northern Ireland. In the Republic it is relatively simple - a mobile number will have a prefix (086, 087 etc) Can anyone tell me how this works in Northern Ireland? Are there defined prefixes or numbering formats?
