Where is the The Friary Hall in Wexford Town ?

I have a fair idea of where it is near the Friary i guess but is it in the Friary or somewhere near it ?

The Friary Hall is on School Street. The entrance to the hall is opposite Devereux's office supplies. There is a small single door and then to the right of that there is a door to allow cars and stuff through. When you get through the single door you will have a walk way up to the hall. The main entrance to the hall is the last door on the left.

(Well it used to be when I was last there in 91)
