What do you call your dentist? First name / Mr,Mrs,Miss + Surname / Dr / Doc?

    Perhaps the dentists on the forum could tell us what their patients call them.

    I prefer to use the first name myself, Dr is too formal.

    Well I've only seen him twice so far and I don't remember what I called him, quite possibly Doctor but I don't know for sure. I was like a little girl I was so giddy afterwards. I suspect I may have made a fool of myself with repeated thankings. I was just so thrilled that it wasn't horribly painful and not as bad as I had thought it would be.

    Lesson to be learned people. Find a nice good dentist and don't leave it 15 years between visits like I did.
