converting some files to .dwg

im tearing my nuts off over this. someone sent me some files and i cant open them. .iam .ipt .igs i need to convert them to .dwg for work reasons. can anyone help me?

You can download a utilty called Inventor View from this link
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=10535296

this allows non-inventor users to view the native Inventor files (IPT, IAM, IDW) without the need to convert them to DWF.
