Not too sure, but I know a few of them have other jobs in the university, like working in the programme offices so chances are they're knocking about UCD. Just send them an email and try and arrange something, here's the list: http://www.ucd.ie/advisers/advisers/index.html

Yeah they're all still about, many do other bits during the summer as there's less students about but they're still working + are contactable as usual afaik. Naturally though they're liable to take holidays so if its urgent + they don't get back to you ask someone else or another student adviser.
