Gfx errors in DOD:S and TF2

Anyone seen anything similar to these before or have any idea how to fix it ??

Ive the latest drivers installed, have tested multiple gfx settings.
Its only for these 2 games that i get the problem.

Do you get it with any other source games? HL2 or Portal?
Check the game file integrity in steam. (Right click on the game and go to properties)
It looks like some sort of wireframe overlay, are you running any custom scripts?
