Burn Knoppix on to CD

Can anybody tell me how to burn a live linux (Knoppix) OS on to CD. Precise instruction would be great as which link do I right click, i've figured out the ISO part just not the link itself. "Sometimes simplicity can be so easy" Screen shots would be great if you don't mind. Thanks.

Safe and free to use.

You'll have an interface as follows:

Doesn't get much simpler.
