I have a 3-bed house that I'm renting out. Could anyone tell me who would be the best broker & how much I could reasonably be expected to pay?

Paid about 200 for insurance for this year on a 3 bed semi, (Galway city) with 123.ie - I just logged on, and would you believe it, saved money!!! (god, i deserve a slap for that!):D

They were best priced out there.

Glacier, is that for the house you own and live in? I think the OP is renting his/her house out to a tenant, which requires additional public liability. Sorry, I don't know the best market for this policy

I rent the house out, long term lease to the council. 123 are aware the insurance is for a house thats let out, and gave us that quote.
