pearl izumi running shoes,any good?

have been doing a little reading about these shoes
just wondering has anyone an opinion/review/experience etc..

I had a pair of Pearl Izumi Streak SL Ladies Shoes 2008 and I found them a harder ride than I was expecting. Very little flex in the sole. Can't fault the quality though.

The peak xc are a fantastic shoe.Im not a big fan of their neutral shoes but some of the support shoes are good but like a previous poster said they are hard to break in.Skydex is the cushioning system they use.
its like all new brands on the market,they will improve over time.
