is this cutting it a bit short? (connection at Stansted)

Hey so im after booking flights to greece via stansted. Thing the first flight lands at 18:40 and the continuing flight departs at 20:00. The flights are with different airlines so i'll have to collect my bags and check in again. Have i left enough time or have i just made a crappy mistake?

For STN, I'd say that's probably a bit short to be honest. Could you manage with just hand luggage? Can you check in online with the second airline?
