Anyone know an app that can copy then verify the full contents of a folder including sub-folders/files etc? Essentially I'm looking for something like what Nero does when creating a CD where it'll verify all data after writing but I need it to do the verification between two harddrives.

    thanks.

if you use xcopy in a batch script or just from cmd with /v switch i think that will do what you need.

    Thanks for the suggestions :)

From the look of it fsum is more what I need since the xcopy will just verify the file is in the new destination not that its actually the same file as the original source.

I use ViceVersa for shifting all my stuff around on various different disks and so far I have found it to be perfect for the job, it does crc checks.
It gives you pretty much full control on how you want the copy jobs to run. - http://www.tgrmn.com/
While it's not free there is a 30 day fully functional trial. - and no I don't work for them
