Whats the closest residential area to the kingfisher gym thats not rough? Whats the one directly across the road from it and whats that like?

thats cherrymount.
just across the road and up the walk way, nice place to live and no students,
and just down the road across from superquinn is ursline court,
another very nice place to live.

Bracken Grove is 15mins walk max...as is Fairfield Pk, or Greenfields all Private estates
and no students etc living in most of them... Avondale is another
