Animal Collective would be no. 1 for me so far, followed by Camera Obscura.

Lonely Island for me closely followed by Wilco (the album) and Fantasies by Metric

Bill Callahan - Sometimes I Wish We Were an Eagle, my favourite so far.
Animal Collective and Dan Deacon are also great.
High hopes for the new Wilco and Cass McCombs.

Just got Dark Night Of The Soul, excellent stuff all round. Iggy Pop's cut is a little meh but other than that its really good. Could be a contender come the end of the year.

My favourite album so far this year is Life and Times by Bob Mould.

I'm looking forward to the new albums by Dinosaur Jr and Sonic Youth. I'm disappointed by Royksopp's Junior.

I'm sure there's other amazing albums i'm leaving out. And plenty i've yet to hear.
