Your Strangest Fear?

Right, so mine is natural or murky bodies of water. I'm okay in a nice clean blue chlorine-filled pool but outside of that I get nervous.

The weirdest part about this is that it even freaks me out watching it on TV, films, and even videogames. I actually have to get someone else to do any part that involves water in a videogame I'm playing.

I can't honestly figure out why it squicks me out so much but I get physically uneasy when watching on a screen. Think it's something to do with the fact that in water, I wouldn't be able to escape from a situation as quickly as if I were on land, and it's murky so I wouldn't be able to see anything coming. Might also have to do with seeing dead fish float by my goggles once when swimming in a lake. Oddly, I love aquariums, and will swim in an open body of water after awhile without thinking about it once I'm actually in the water.

It's the only fear I have. I'm fine with rodents, the dark, insects, heights, blood, etc. It's just... water.

So, what's your completely stupid pointless fear?

When I was younger I was swimming in the sea and saw what I thought was an orange football glove on the seabed. I picked it up, and a massive rock came with it.

It was a massive starfish, clinging to the rock so tightly that it came up with it.

I dislike swimming in the sea now, because I'm afraid I'll stap on a starfish, or a crab, or seaweed (seaweed is just unpleasent though).

    Milk, I kid you not!

I think it stems from my dad's lactose intolerance, seeing his allergic reactions...

Once, when drunk, I got very upset seeing a man in a shop buying milk and tried to talk him out it, telling him it was "pumped full of hormones and badness"
    :pac:

One of me mates when he was a little fella he had a load of teddies, thats pretty normal, but every single teddy bear he had that had the button type eyes in them freaked him out so much that he ripped all the eyes out and fecked the eyes/buttons down the drain.

I go around on bikes, duhh considering my name, and I know at some stage Im gonna break a bone or two. That doesnt really bother me to be honest, but one thing that I hate is the thought of breaking my collar bone. Any bone but that one. I cant even leave people touch it. I tell em about me collar bone break fear and they take the piss by trying to touch it, some slaps where giving out by reflex over the years. Hate the bloody thing.
I can imagine breaking it and me head just tilts forward and settles like that.

Eww ye dirty fookers. Why did ye remind me.

    going for a smoke.

because angry bees do make a distinct sound, higher pitch than an ordinary bee just going about its business

Delusion. I don't know if that's my "strangest" fear but it's certainly my biggest, I'm scared shitless of losing my right mind, developing a mental illness or just going crazy.

Exposing my throat! If I have to sleep in a chair or anything like that I have to slump forward so my throat isn't exposed. Usually end up with a creek in the neck from it. When I go to a dentist/doctor etc and they ask me to tilt my head back they get a really half arsed attempt.
