3 people on a 3mb connection in my house. I want to distribute the connection so that my MAC address gets 200kb/s of the connection and the other two computers get 50kb/s each. I've the basic the Netopia Cayman or whatever it is (small silver one); is this possible? Also, is there a realtime way I can 'boot' MAC addresses off the connection temporarily?

Bandwidth shaping isn't possible with this Netopia

You got Your maths wrong, 3Mbit should be 3072kbps :D
