Anyone having problems with Sky Sports on UPC freezing every 5 minutes

Hi,

I got in Sky Sports for the Heineken Cup final but for the last 20 minutes or so, the picture keeps on freezing on me. If I switch off the box and straight back on again, the signal is fine again but don't want to be doing this throughout the match.

Anyone else having the same issue??

PS. I am currently on hold with UPC to see if there is a problem here.

no issues for me during the rugby but for most of the afternoon sky,setanta and a few others eg bravo where all freezing - Setanta in particular during the falkirk match was going to black screen, rebooting and then freezing again.......

I'm seeing it a lot on several channels today. Temple Bar area.

I'm out in D13, my partner is in D8. On Saturday, twice at the same time on TV3, our Digital+ boxes both froze. Had to unplug to resolve. Very annoying.

Channels still freezing. I wonder what the problem is. Bad form from upc. Pity they wouldn't hurry up and fix the problem.

I'm getting this too.

I'd thought my DVR was malfunctioning and was going to report it to UPC today.

What's really annoying is that it froze last night during a program I was recording and the recording stopped. :mad:
