How many documents would exist stating you're a Christian/Catholic?

Just wondering if you were baptised, how many documents would exist officially stating this?

There would be some sort of cert. in the church you were baptised in I suppose, would there be more in some sort of head church or main church?

    Or on some computer system?

I don't have any experience with this.

Thanks a lot in advance! :D

There would be a bpatismal cert in the church you were bapitsed in, and a marrige cert in the church you were married in (if applicable) besides that, zilch. why do you ask?

some churchs may have a soft (computer) copy of their archives but it's doubtful would take hundreds of hours of transcribing to put it all on disk.
