Downloading a pdf?

    Hey guys,

    I received a pdf file from an email and cant seem to download it. I have adobe 8 fully upgraded. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be and a solution to it?

    would appreciate any help

    A bit more info would be helpful.

    Is the PDF attached in an e-mail? Is it only a link in the e-mail? What did you do to attempt to retrieve the file from the e-mail?

    If you cant download it from the e-mail, it may not be attached, or it may be just your connection playing up, nothing to do with the fact that its a PDF.

    Download the latest version of Adobe Reader to be on the safe side. But even being unable to READ the file, would not mean you cannot download it.

    Just to clarify, you can't download it or you can download it but can't open it?

    Don't try to open it from the mail. First download it to your desktop and then open it.
