3G E160g and an ariel/antenna ?

Mods, please move to a more appropriate forum if there is one... I have just got the 3 modem above and the signal is patchy within the house, its good in one room which is fine. Has anyone used an areiel/antenna with these... I'm thniking of something like this..…
