Safety Statement Template for Self Builder

    Hi Guys,
    I am starting a self build house by direct labour. I believe it is a requirement to prepare a Safety Statement as an Employer to comply with the Health & Safety Legislation. Does anyone have a sample template they could share?

    Would be much appreciated.

    your insurance company will supply you with a personalised copy when you take out the insurance to cover your build

    I got my self build insurance with Arachas - Self Build Direct in Wexford, I asked them already they do not provide safety statements.

    If someone has already prepared one for their self build please advise.
