Does anyone know of any legal articles that deal with the issue of the the effects of the Glencar case on the Irish approach to the duty of care in the law of negligence and also what it means for recovery for pure economic loss?

    Cheers in advance.

Glencar has featured in some other cases and has been referred to in a number of articles.

a check in the usual databases shiould produce some.
