There was a Lidl one advertised in the Sunday papers out on Thursday. Not sure about specifically Divx codec, but it does play Mpeg4 as per paper ad

i've got this one: matsui matdvd3307. it plays divx, mp4, dvd all regions(can be unlocked) for the grand price of 29.95. Bought it in currys (the small shop in blanchardstown mall next to dunnes food hall, as opposed to the huge stand alone curry's) and works perfectly. i also saw they had a couple of new ones in tesco's for 25 and 40 odd quid last weekend, but have no idea if they're any good.
