Hate to be a pain in the nuts but, apart from the dates, what times are these actually on? Like are they in the day or the evening? Cuz neither the letter nor the website says anything except for what dates their on. Or do I just show up on one of the days and hope for the best?

You'd be better of ringing the organizers instead of asking on a forum.
