    Im feeling s***e,never in my life have I had such a bad tummy bug,had to crawl to the loo and nobody around to help.I think maby Im on the turn now,had a cuppa and it stayed put.
    I dont feel very lucky..

    Anyway you must be realy looking forward to the weekend,its great to have something to look forward to,it lifts the heart and god knows we all need something to lift our spirits at the moment.

    yeah i am, my younger son's school won the inter schools athletics today. he was doing the long jump and relay he and his team won both..

    all is rosey is the garden - me is still young at heart - well me toyboy keeps me young at heart - he is only 1 year younger than me but it is still better than the age i am now

    anyways not in work now so that is all good
