Where in Dublin can I find matzo meal and/or schmaltz? I'm on a Jewish food kick, apparently.

I know that supervalu in Churchtown sells some jewish food but I'm not sure about this particular type of food, I'm not an expert

Fallon & Byrne might sell matzo meal. Schmaltz is just chicken fat, so you could either render some down, or use jarred duck or goose fat.
