What's Spartan (Tallaght) like for beginners?

    Hey guys, looking to join MMA come summer. I live in Blessington so I'm guessing Tallaght is my best bet. I have 2 years experience in tradition kenpo but nothing significant.

    Would I be out of my depth down there?

    spartanmma is a great club im a student myself colm is a great coach and he caters for all skill levels its well worth dropping down and doing a class some time there are some good lads there to train with and no egos and always good crack check it out
