What is the best USB HI8 Camcorder Capture device

As the title says i'm looking for a USB device that will allow transfer of HI8 Camcorder footage to PC and thus to DVD. Budget will be €60 tops. Any reccomendations from those with more knowledge would be great. Thanks.

I bought one many moons ago for my old HI8 camera, I think it's called a Dazzle converter. Have a look in Argos, that's where I got mine. Can't remember how much it cost though.
