unable to REMOVE to reinstall norton 360 from windows xp computer!!

my computer had to be rebooted or whatever two days ago so i had to reinstall all my stuff right, and that was ok but there was a really old version of norton on it so i uninstalled that. i tried installing my norton 360 but there was some error at the end and i tried to uninstall it and completely remove it to try install…

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool. sure it helps
