Just spotted this in my wallet has anyone else come across this one before? inscription says : AEA 1999-2009 EMU Looks like some kid made the drawing on it.

They were issued to commerate the 10 year anniversary of the euro, and are meant to be collectable so if you get one again hold onto it =p

I got one of these about 3 weeks ago and i kept it for my god daughter i mean imagine in 10 years time it will be worth.... €2 - i'm such a good godmother

I have a good few of them at home, also have the milenium pound coin, special edition. Also have a £20 sterling coin Have lots of other coinns, forget what I have to be honest :P

Explain? I would imagine you would get a lot more with 2 euro now than say maybe a few months ago when inflation was an all time high?

I was talking to the fella. I made him an off of €1900 for his collection but he wasn't interested.
