Clonskeagh to Smurfit using bus

What's the best way to go about this? Is there a 17 that goes from Clonskeagh near the smurfit and where does it stop or would I be better walking thru UCD Belfield campus and getting either 46a or 17 from there?

17 ends down by the dart station in Blackrock I think, about a 20 minute walk to Smurfit from there.

best off getting the 17 from bird avenue dman.

it's not too far to walk. Get off on second-to-last stop (main st i think) and just head up carysfort. 10 min walk max.

Used to get it a bit last year. Goddamn awfully unreliable bus. I'd jump off on Mount Merrion Avenue, head across grove avenue and be there in about 5 mins or so.

Heading back I think it's quicker to jump on it on the stop outside the Frascati Center.

Really is a goddamn awful bus.
