How to Connect Laptop To HD TV??

Is it possible to conect my laptop to Sony HD TV. It does not have VGA port only an I/O port.

If its any way recent, there has to be some way to connect to an external monitor (and therefore a flatscreen TV) Either there's an VGA port, an S-Video port, or HDMI. In my experience, almost every sony laptop for the last 5 years has 1 or more of these connections.....
