Ryanair reprint boarding card

    I am trying to reprint a boarding card for a flight tomorrow morning and Ryanair is not allowing me access the online booking part. Any ideas? It's saying the following;

    Unfortunately, you are not permitted to check-in online for one or more of the following reasons:
    1.
    This reservation contains online check-in restricted items, including Infant(s) or airport check in;
    2.
    You are attempting to online check-in outside the permitted time of 15 days prior to departure or within 4 hours before departure.

    Neither of the above are true so I don't know how to get my boarding card reprinted and I don't want to have to pay money to check in at the airport...

    You'll just have to go to the Ryanair ticket desk and explain your case.

    Probably worth calling them first before you turn up at the desk maybe?

    If you don't call them then make sure that you go to the desk first and not the check-in.
