    I've heard of this, and I don't see the logic in it. 36 euro or so (apparently now 75?) every year, you can't go on to get a C or D licence or even EB, you have to be accompanied, you can't drive abroad (even the North). And for what? Just so you can say "I never actually failled a test"?

    yes it is gone up. Hadn't increased in 17 years apparently
