Someone threw me a copy of the Spanner today in the Arts Block, so I decided to give it a glance. Someone threw me a copy of the Spanner today in the Arts Block, so I decided to give it a glance. I've always dismissed the magazines that litter the campus as tripe, and it seems like I was spot on with the Spanner. As far as satire goes its terrible. Not a patch on the good 'oul Slate.
Anyhow I was just wondering, what are the other publications you see around the place? I only know of Mongrel. Do you guys think any of them are decent?
