Piano sustain in garageband

Hi guys wondering does anyone have a solution to this: when I playback piano in garageband I have to hold down the sustain key in order to hear sustain surely there is some way to have it on and in your final recorded version? Any help appreciated!

Are you using a Keyboard? Hasn't it a sustain pedal foot switch ?

no pedal no but i sorted it had to apply sustain in advanced section thanks though!
