I hear that Green 19 place on Camden Street is good value. I haven't been in yet but apparently food is great.

Check out this thread in the Food & Drink Forum. Not all are from Dublin, but there should be some suggestions.

The Hilan Chinese and Korean restaurant on Capel Street does a starter, main course and drink during lunch for E9.88. Absolutely delicious food.
