M16Ax and M203

    where x = A1 or A2 or A3...? :)
    Always wanted an M16 with M203 slung underneath with the upper handguard like this:

    They seem hard enough to come across and as I have an M15A1 (the CA one) already,
    I wonder if it's possible to convert it to use this same handguard and M203?

    Anyone any experience of same?

    Ehobby have the launcher, handguard and leaf-sights available as a kit, or individually, for bunging onto an M16. Reasonly cheap too.

    Handguard conversion kit.
    M203 "Hanger" type

    Bash the two of those onto your existing rifle for a proper grenadier/Scarface upgrade.

    Thanks dex. The "Hanger" type makes sense - I couldnt figure out how to connect the other which I'd been looking at - needed a rail I think...:confused:

    Not too cheap all in - $170 plus about $50 for post plus the expected customs hit of another possible 25%...

    Better to buy a whole new AEG like this... :D:D

    True, but the handguard is only $40 and a Dboys launcher with the hanger mounts is only $80

    I have the G&P one, think Tony gets them in on special order,they are a monster of a thing, a joy to use. I'm throwing a tightbore and guarder hop into mine and will be using it more often, today I witnessed the joy of tightbore barells, not going back now.
