Am looking to do a bit of improvements on a 100 year old detached house.

Dry Lining old external walls
Cavity fill on 1990s extension
Loose fill loft insulation
Potential Boiler Upgrade/replacement
Potential External Insulation on North-Facing gable wall.

Obviously I've been waiting for the HES scheme, now I need to find a contractor, or a project manager to co-ordinate it all for me.

Any help/suggestions appreciated.
