Using Sky Box Post Subscription.

After finally having enough of paying for repeats and Jade Goody media hysterics from so call "journalists", I got rid of my SKY Digital account. I still have al the gear and someone told me I can use the SKY box still to tune in channels. What worthwhile channels can I get and how do I do it! Thanks.
