Email Problems - sends spam to all my contacts

Think I've posted in the right forum, just looking for some help. Every couple of days I've found that an email (spam one) is being sent to every contact in my hotmail account. This is seriously annoying me and I'm not sure how I can solve the problem. I've run my Sophos anti-virus and that's detected nothing. I ran spybot…

Think I've posted in the right forum, just looking for some help.

Every couple of days I've found that an email (spam one) is being sent to every contact in my hotmail account. This is seriously annoying me and I'm not sure how I can solve the problem.

I've run my Sophos anti-virus and that's detected nothing. I ran spybot and removed any of the rubbish it found.

The problem is still here and I have no idea what to do now.
