3E are showing The Good the Bad and the Ugly tonight at 9pm - 00:15
I've only seen it a zillion times before :)

But then BBC2 are showing Young Franenstein at 00:15
while BBC1 have Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead at 00:20

    Decisions , decisions

Tough choice! I guess it comes down to which freak you prefer, Steve Buscemi or Marty Feldman?

"Igor, help me with the bags."

"Soitenly - you take the blonde, I'll take the one in the turban."

Not much of a choice, really.

I'd go with Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead, in fact I'm considering watching the DVD myself.

I don't think you can watch Leone's masterpiece too many times...

I hope you were all down the pub instead...

Pub quiz corner: Things to do in Denver When You're Dead took its name from a Warren Zevon song, and then the film inspired a John Cale song.

It's irrelevant now, but given the choice, I'd have watched Young Fronkunsteen. Gene Wilder rules.

2026 Gigs and Events: An Evening with The Fast Show, Prima Facie, Stereolab (NCH), Foo Fighters, David Byrne (3Arena), Belle and Sebastian (x2), Sleeper, Paul Simon, David Byrne (St. Anne's Park), Metallica (x2), Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Embrace, Sigur Rós with the Ulster Orchestra, Crash Test Dummies, Ben Folds, Jeff Tweedy

Watched Young Franekstein in the end and caught the end of Denver.

Pity they didn't show the old 1930's films too. And force those people involved in recent cinema tripe to watch how parody should be done.
