Can anyone explain to me how Wales need to win by only 13 points to win the tournament, when Ireland have a +25 difference on Wales?

If wales score thirteen more than ireland, it will mean ireland are then +12 and wales are then +13

Considering Kearney's kicking is brutal i wouldnt mind either if he produces the same game that he did against Ospreys.

+1 - Some seriously dangerous tackles being put in by the welsh team, effectively dragging them down in headlocks and not a word from the commentators.
